I was there -- in August. The tour was nice, though I learned the hard way the All-England Club is not really near any Tube stop. Stuff is somehow smaller and closer together than it looks even on TV. The press facilities were being renovated last summer, but as the tour guide said, someone smartly decided to save the somewhat famous backdrop and put it in a space off the working press area and the pictures all look the same. It's also kind of fascinating how major sports venues outside the US work. Not only is there no parking anywhere near the grounds, the main entrance to Wimbledon (or at least where I went for the tour) is on a fairly narrow two-lane road.

It's not the anti-vaxxing, it's the Serbian donkey cheese.

I went on the tour in 2019, it was really enjoyable. The tour guide was amused at my very specific media related questions, like can you interview someone who was playing on Court 15 even if they're not going to be coming to the media center. (The answer was yes.) And you're correct, it's nowhere near a Tube stop. I think I got off at the Southfields station and took a bus from there. Regarding the tickets, I think I remember them telling us that people would queue all day to wait for those tickets of those who had left early. Not sure if you had to pay for them or not.

Well, Jabeur is back where she was in the semis — down a set and a break. Let’s see if she has another comeback in her.

And just like that, Jabeur is now up a break in the second.

Then gives the break right back.

She let it get away again. 31 unforced errors in two sets.

She just called it the most painful loss of her career. I can imagine. You go into your second straight final against an unseeded player. All of the pressure was on her.

Yeah, she was a mess out there. But good for Vondrousova.

A first-set steamroll. This might not last very long.
