Going to be holding my breath for the next month or two. My brother, sister-in-law, and nephew are headed to Russia to visit my sister-in-law's family in Moscow. They're taking a circuitous route to get there. My brother is the only one of the three who doesn't have a Russian passport, so I'm hoping that maybe they tell him to go home at the border. That said, they got in last summer, taking a different but also circuitous route. I just worry that he'll be conscripted and handed an AK.

Good luck to them. Interested in what route they wound up taking.

I'd rather fly to Toronto and then to Havana.

Not to be that guy, but maybe their itinerary doesn’t belong on the internet?

No such doubt for Generalissimo Francisco Franco. Still dead.

Sadly he died just 14 years before the 1989 release of the Belgian techno anthem Pump up the Jam
