    Paying off this one

Roy Halliday did it in 2003 (in a month where he went the distance 5 times in six starts and allowed just 8 runs) and again in 2007.

A total of 39 players have gotten six hits in a nine-inning MLB game. Only one did it twice. Who was/is that player?

No. It's been a day, so I'll answer it. Roger "Doc" Cramer of the Philadelphia A's. Some dude did it in 1876 but I don't consider that legit, as the rules were so different than in modern era, post 1901. Cramer is totally unheralded and forgotten about today but in his time he was a legit member of the Hall of Very, Very Good.

Whoops, Cramer is the only AL player. "Sunny" Jim Bottomly of St. Louis did it in the NL.

    Ripken is the oldest.

My entire career in MLB took place after 1933, the year of the first All-Star Game.
I won a league MVP; a League Championship Series MVP; two World Series titles; a Silver Slugger award; and a Manager of the Year award. I never played in an All-Star Game.

Don Baylor? He fits at least some of the categories.

Kirk Gibson? I'm not entirely sure about the ALCS MVP one without looking, but he's definitely accomplished the others.
