    He's awful, and I know BRIDGEGATE and all, but if he somehow got the GOP nominee I'd feel better about a potential President Christie than anyone else that side could put forth at this point.

    Arkansas has a Black population of 458K as of 2020, but that population isn't all concentrated in the Delta, which has been emptying out by the day.

    So even if the Dems held the districting levers there as they still did as recently as 2010, it's certainly impossible to gerrymander a majority Black Congressional district in Arkansas. You might get plurality Black by taking in Little Rock.
