Two volcano movies, two White House attack movies, two asteroid movies. There is a movie with the same basic premise of Roadtrip.

    Shoot, forgot those.

And don't forget the Die Hards on a mountain, on a train, on a battleship, at a hockey game etc.

I dress like that when I fly.

Flying in general is a nightmare, but even more so with two kids. TSA people are assholes, airports and airplanes are super claustrophobic, and customer service by and large sucks.

At very least, I’m going to be comfortable in my gym clothes. My kids wear pajamas.

When you have to take off belts and shoes to get thru the x-ray machine, well, I'm wearing the most comfy things I can: shorts and a t-shirt.

One day when I'm civilized and rich like Azrael I'll wear a fancy suit and fancier wingtips onto an airplane, first class.

Anybody found as they've gotten older their love of spicy food has grown exponentially? I mean as an adult, not going from kid to adult.

I think spice options have gotten better, also. The have more flavor. I had siraccha only about 10 years ago. The other thing is I can find more cuisines and a lot of them are spicy.

I had Nashville hot chicken recently and I couldn't finish it. The sauce helped, but it wasn't enough.

I’m somewhere in-between, but anybody who declares everyone should wear a suit/dry cealn clothes on a flight never have small children.

A flight is constant near- disaster as you try to shovel snacks and drinks in their faces to keep them quiet.

I imagine me doing that in one of my suits and what it would look like afterwards.

But most of those people often think children should never be seen in public anyways.

I always get a kick out of seeing old-time baseball photos with everyone in the crowd dressed in their Sunday best. What a bunch of tight-asses Americans can be sometimes.

I can’t imagine anyone getting upset by the way strangers dress on airplanes.

A friend of mine ran the Boston Marathon last year and had an important schedule to keep, so he flew up Sunday night, ran the marathon Monday, and literally went straight from the finish line to the airport to fly home. Still had his number pinned on when he boarded the plane.

Did anyone sit within five rows of him on that flight?

I'm not asking for a suit and tie. No flip flops. I don't want to see most people in shorts. Wear nice pants and tuck in your shirt. People react to that. It shows effort.

It's like the thread on swearing. You can't say it's fundamentally wrong, but there is some social flagging.

I do think the decreasing space on planes puts an imperative on comfort when flying. But agree on the no flip flops. Mostly for sanitary and safety reasons.
