From them holding a few spots too long, to the wardrobe malfunction to them having the camera right on Charlotte when she says, “wait, give me a second,” this match has not gone as well as it could have for sure.

And add a total miss on a moonsault and near miss on that DDT.

    Meanwhile, Charlotte
I think I saw someone's fake eyelashes on Charlotte's arm, too.

And if Bianca was hurt, they wouldn't walk her down the 50-yard-long entryway. At least give us real medical people like Doc Sampson in AEW -- not medical people who are suspiciously built like indie wrestlers.

I was telling my wife it always makes me laugh that they always send two or three refs out with the “medical personnel” too.

I'd love it to be Jey here, but I'm thinking we get more of the same shenanigans we've seen in pretty much every top Roman match since this all started.

Solo will get involved. Probably a ref bump or two.

Unless Jimmy comes back and turns on Jey, one twist I can see: as one of the elders (and since Afa & Sika are too old), Rikishi comes out to help Jey, but he gets cornered by either Roman or Solo. Then, Jey quits to save his dad.

At least they're giving good shots to the photo pool.

Ugh. The Jimmy turn. Guess we'll see another challenge at WrestleMania.

What sense does a Jimmy turn make? Unless he blames Jey for him getting knocked out of action for last month or so.

Yeah, it doesn’t make sense to me. He got Jey to leave the Bloodline. Now he’s going back to Roman?

Congrats, you win the Prediction of the Night.

I’ll let it play out, but this Jimmy turn is just weird. Are they going to try Jey/Solo vs. Roman/Jimmy next?

That main event felt underwhelming, and not just because of the predictable finish and interference. The match felt slow and plodding all the way through. They never really kicked it into the next gear to make you feel the high stakes.
Jey did light Roman up with that strap, though. Cut his arm clean open.

This whole saga has been great cinema, but we're starting to approach the "jump the shark" moment -- especially if we're going to have to wait another eight months for Mania for Roman to be seriously threatened.

There's nobody else left to threaten Roman except for two, unless we go back to the same guys for the second, third, fourth times: Rock as the biggest star to come out of the Samoan dynasty, or Cody to get his redemption and "finish the story."

Solo seemed torn in the end, but I can't buy him as a threat yet.

When Bruno and Backlund had the title for years on end, there wasn't twice-weekly TV or monthly premium shows.
