Fox News Anchor Says ‘Hatching Schemes to Stay in Office’ Isn’t a Crime

 

For the non-lawyers here, a reminder that it's perfectly legal to enter into an agreement to do some illegal action. It becomes illegal when one of the parties does something illegal in furtherance of the illegal action. So, like, say, getting a bunch of morons together to scheme up ways to keep an obese orange daughter-fucker who eats overcooked steaks with ketchup in the Oval Office is not, in and of itself, illegal. But when one of those people goes out and, say, convinces another group of dumbasses to forge elector certificates as part of the scheme the bunch of morons cooked up, that's an act in furtherance of the conspiracy, and thus illegal.

 

It all started with "Hey, you know what would be cool?.....We should totally do it."

One of my kids goes by a nickname. It's a typical shortening of a Scots-Irish family name. Yeah, yeah, say whatever about me for that, but filling out a permission slip for that would drive me batshit.

 

I’ve gone by a shortened form of my name since toddlerhood at least.

 

Psychotically attacking judges, witnesses etc. will definitely help Trump with DC jurors....and non-base voters nationwide.
