Because New Hampshire is so close, the Boston local news at 6 had commercials just not for Haley, but for that Burgrum guy, the Governor of North Dakota. It was like watching 30 second videos of a bonfire of $100 bills.

 

No, she probably did it to become less ethnic to the rednecks in South Carolina when she was a kid so she might fit in easier and feel better about herself in an era when that state wasn't as "enlightened" as it apparently is today. No shame in that at all, people should be called what they want to be called.

But there's also no shame in a trans whose birth name was Bob who now want to be called Elizabeth, so they feel better about themselves. Or by some kid who wants to use his middle name, or his nickname, but now can't because of some stupid school-board ruling.

The point is, what's good enough for Nikki Haley should be good enough for anyone. But it isn't to many in her Klan.

Let me ask you this, though: If you're a racist Republican, who are you more likely to vote for, Nikki Haley or Nimarita Haley?

She was called Nikki, her middle name, long before she ever thought of being a politician. It wasn't a political decision, yet a poster has mocked her name implying some craven political choice to hide her ethnicity from all those assuredly racist Republicans.

DeSantis and Travis will fail miserably. How do I know? Both guys have offensive plays diagrammed without seven men on the line of scrimmage.

Notice also in the DeSantis diagram one of the X's is lined up about three yards offside.
