In keeping with Florida's new views on how beneficial slavery was to the enslaved, I hope when Trump goes to prison he will develop skills which, in some instances, could be applied for his personal benefit.

The NYT-Trump-Fans-Diner stories are so widely parodied, it's a bit surprising they still do them. This one (from New Hampshire) though perfectly captures the insane reverse-reality these MAGA droogs perpetuate.

    For example:

Nicholas Kalamvokis, 58, said he liked the former president’s “regular people” persona

and this one about January 6th

“I think he encouraged it, but I don’t believe he incited it, and I don’t think he expected it to be as violent as it was,” said Kalamvokis, who moved to Alton from Massachusetts last year and works three part-time jobs. “I can see his motivation for it. It was selfish, but also for the betterment of the country.”

    Finally, the kicker:

“But I don’t want to go back to a politician who’s just using the government to get rich. It’s what he does, not what he says, that matters. And this is a guy they can’t buy off.”

Thought the same thing. Perhaps it's just constantly refreshing the site, and boom.

Also, well, leaks happen. And in all sorts of ways. That seems plausible to me.

I'm very curious about Mark Meadows' role when he appears in the Georgia indictment. Defendant or witness for the prosecution?
