we ought to start a pool to see how many charges he racks up across the multiple jurisdictions. Arizona is still in play and Nimble Jack is not finished yet.

Piggy could wind up the most indicted criminal in the United States penal system. Bigly stuff, indeed.

I don't particularly want anybody to push the Federalist Society members' case because that case says a Secretary of State, acting alone and without a finding of fact by a jury, can DQ a candidate. But it would be nice if everybody in Congress could agree that there's a simple remedy for some of this: codify and define what constitutes participation in an insurrection against the United States. Something like, say, conviction of specified crimes.

This resonates: The United States can also learn from countries — both high- and low-income — that have vastly improved their maternal health outcomes. Most European countries, for example, fare far better on maternal health outcomes by relying more on midwives than obstetrician-gynecologists, allowing doctors to focus their care on women who need it most.

Tell you what: It's the same deal in mental health. But you try telling someone that, I dunno, maybe, maybe you don't need three mental health doctors for what you're going through, and see how it goes.

America does have problems, one of them being mistaking want for need. In a national health care system, this would happen far less often. It's the one area where socialism is pretty darn wise, in terms of mortality issues.

Three mental health doctors? Do you have any experience actually living as an American? Doesn't seem like it.

I want him in a prison cell with a bunkmate named Felipe, a gay African/Mexican who hates white guys.

Alma describing the lived experience of the average American is like Prison Mike going on about the Dementors, only they listen to Chapo Trap House all day or something.
