    It stands to reason that, once death actually has come, final adjustments at the request of immediate family can be accommodated.

    Prominent obits are written years in advance, too. But you make the final tweaks after death. Same can be done for presidential funerals.

    Yes, of course. But the major nuts and bolts of it -- from passing to burial -- are in place and there likely will be some tweaks behind the scenes. But for the most part, the whole thing is mapped out, down to the minute.
