How great would it be if he were barred from being on the ballot in certain states. Or even a lot of states. Honestly, I don’t fear him becoming president again. Not between the four indictments, the 66 percent of people who say they would never vote for him, and then this initiative — by conservative legal scholars, no less.

It’s gonna be the conservatives and his own inner circle who are gonna be his undoing, and I’m loving it.

 

What’s shocking is that 38 percent think he didn’t.

 

Oh, great, we might get another chance to see what Clarence Thomas thinks.

 

Thomas and Alito don't think the 14th Amendment should exist. Which is deliciously ironic for Uncle Ruckus, er, Clarence.

 

I've seen this making the rounds more often in the last couple of weeks (the theory has been out there in regard to trump for a while). Seems, to me at least, it's unlikely anything will come of it. Though it will be interesting to see how far this first lawsuit gets.
