This is the Unlimited Presumption of Innocence, in which you're saying, "I must be presumed innocent not only beyond a reasonable doubt, but beyond ANY doubt, even in the face of irrefutable evidence, in the face of ALL evidence, up to and including committing the crime live in full public view."
