Apparently seats at Folsom Field Saturday are going for $2K-$5K on the touts. Ridiculous. Someone in the AP poll put Colorado at 9 this week. I have no problem with the Buffs being ranked, even if I think it's a tad premature. But top 10? GTFOH.

No big deal. It's not like we're going to have to listen to Coach Prime telling the world all about how he took Colorado from 1-11 to the Top Ten in one game.

Wasn't the Boulder Daily Camera writer. He voted the Buffs at 20.

Found it. David Jablonski of the Dayton Daily News had CU No. 9.

Pretty sure the Daily Camera writer would have gotten death threats had he not included CU in his top 25.

Having voted in the Top 25 poll numerous times, CU should be ranked. You are supposed to evaluate teams on what they have accomplished this season. There sure aren't 25 other teams with better wins than the Buffs, even if TCU isn't as good as it was last year. And CU won on the road.

Heard him on a radio interview on Sunday morning and he said he was voting them in the poll, but didn't specify where. 13 AP voters didn't include CU in their top 25.

Same. I would have put them somewhere in the 23-25 range, only because I'm not sold that TCU is any good.

Yeah, I can go with this. I mean, if Duke was put as high in poll as it was based on busting Clemson in Durham, to ignore Colorado – given what we can glean about a week's worth of games – would have been a mistake.

Definitely a place to which you refer as Folsom Field rather than shorthand. Otherwise, people might think you're reporting to prison.

Utah at Baylor is intriguing. Dave Aranda needs a bounce back season at Baylor and already lost to Texas State. I think the Bears starting QB is out. That schedule is not friendly either, they could easily be looking at a 1-4 type of start.
