I only came in at the fourth quarter. Saw some terrible tackling and a rather hilarious jump offsides to end the game.

LSU has scored 58 unanswered points against Grambling and leads 72-10. I think that might constitute a hate crime.

Fortunately for FSU, Keon Coleman shook loose of the SoMiss defenders in the second quarter. It takes the Seminoles about a quarter and a half to get going, which they have to sort out before they run into somebody who will take advantage of the opportunity.

UCLA breaks their 1-game losing "streak" against my Aztecs, winning 35-10.

Not that it would have made that much difference, but a gift opportunity in third quarter really showed SDSU's current offensive ineptness.
UCLA QB fumbles deep in his own territory and the Aztecs recover at the goal line. Originally called a TD, refs go to replay and rule the ball was recovered just short of the goal line, and its 1st and goal from inside the 1.

Two run plays were snuffed, and then on third down, SDSU telegraphs a pass and it's an inside slant that ended up a carbon copy of Malcolm Butler's Super Bowl XLIX-clinching interception, and Aztecs come away with nothing. (UCLA was ahead 28-10 at the time, BTW)

I think this football season will be the price I and other alums will pay for getting to watch our basketball team make it all the way to the NCAA title game back in April.

Rick Reilly dove headfirst into the Prime Slurpfest even before today's game, so he's probably having multiple orgasms now.

Holy grits, ‘Coach Prime’ has saved my beloved Buffs

Me? I’m not within a par-5 of being objective. I’m literally wearing Buffs underwear as I type this. I love everything about Coach Prime. I love the cowboy hat. I love the speeches he gives that make me, at 65, want to jump out of my lounger and flatten my living-room rubber tree. …

You know the bar is set unreachably high when you lose at home by 10 and it’s your worst home loss in 20 years

I'm curious, however, if they're playing both sides here: officially denying the request while leaking the existence of the investigation.
At any rate, two words are now in my head: "for cause."
