It was six fewer plays a game last week. Honestly, they should extend it for when players go out of bounds outside of two minutes, just keep it running.

The Cal-Auburn game is a disaster on so many fronts.

    Oh my god.

He jerked off on a call with BRENDA TRACY?

Mel Tucker may be the dumbest son of a bitch to walk the earth.

And at Michigan State, no less. One scandal after another.
They still have an interim president. Seems like they always have an interim president.

Do they have enough to get him for cause? Settling for half what they owe him, for example, would still mean one of the biggest buyouts in history.

How can Mel Tucker retain a semblance of dignity and credibility with his team or his family or his employers at this point?

If that doesn’t qualify for “for cause” I’d be stunned.

I just realized that if ever the earth were to swallow up Hugh Freeze in the manner he probably deserves, tonight is the night given that Cal’s stadium is literally built atop a major fault line.

Absolutely beautiful night for a game, they opened the new side of the stadium and it is spectacular.

Aggies did what an FCS school is supposed to do, took the check and got their asses kicked 55-7. DJU is pretty darn good.

Michigan State is 11-9 since it announced his absurd contract extension. They want to get out from under that thing ASAP.

SEC has one OOC win against a Top 25 team (which will cease to be one when Tulane exists the next poll.) The remaining opportunities against the current Top 25 are K State at Mizzou next Saturday and Clemson/Sakerlina and FSU/Florida on rivalry weekend. I think you can save your angst about a second possible bid.

Coaches, especially big underdogs in these bodybag games, are learning to run the play clock down to single digits before snapping. Ohio State ran 1 more play than Youngstown State but YSU had possession for 34 minutes to 26.
