Next week's slate is dull as dishwater - but I would take Wyoming to cover whatever the spread is.

Anyone who saw the 2019 Colorado-USC game, where he put his quarterback back in after a horrible hit, then left him in even after his passes and decisions were way off, knew the guy wasn’t it. But hey, cigars and shorts on the sidelines. Yippee

The question of whether it was consensual or not relates to the issue of whether Tucker's going to prison or not, not whether he keeps his coaching gig.

    That horse done sunk.

There's a zero percent chance he's going to prison.

It is possible to commit CSC over the telephone.

Certainly consent or implied consent would make it unlikely, but it's in the realm of possibility.

Certainly the most realistic issue for Tuck is how much of his mega multimillion dollar contract he'll be able to collect.

At first you'd think "none" or certainly "not much," but I'm sure Tuck's legal counsel will seize on the fact MSU didn't feel obliged to place him on administrative leave following receipt of the first allegations of wrongdoing.

This was like the one thing Mel Tucker had to avoid doing to keep the money and he couldn’t do it. He could have lost games out the ass and not lost a penny. He could have gone 0-for-Michigan the rest of the way and not lost a penny. All he had to do was not do something like this. And not only did he allegedly do it, He did it with the worst possible person to do it with. Not a Denny’s waitress (not that that’s okay) but a rape victim advocate. Literal moron

Yep, and his defense is, "yeah I did it but..."

He wins the shadow of a doubt game with her deleting all text messages and her best friend being dead.

    No proof it wasn't consensual.

Sparty wins the contract suit over the issue of his conduct "bringing the university into widespread public disrepute or ridicule."

I'll be glad to be wrong ... and I'll say great job Starman on your astute prediction ... but I don't think it's that cut and dry.
