What a weird day yesterday ... we had a pretty perfect plan. My buddy was getting married at 5:30, so a bunch of us attending (VT grads) got together to watch at noon. Long story short, the game ends nine hours later with seven people gathered around an iPhone watching the final play. Then back to dancing. Oh well.

"moral turpitude" leaves everyone on both sides of a contract some wiggle room.

That said, headline consensual phone sex with a woman not your wife - much less non-consensual phone sex with a famous, outspoken rape victim - should be enough to push Tucker out the door.

    With an undisclosed settlement? Maybe.

But I'll say here what I said on the other thread.

Someone needs to burn this athletic department to the ground.

Tuckums got his big deal because D’Antoni resigned in March or whatever. Michigan State had a gun to its head. Would’ve been smarter to stay in house for a year. And Urban Meyer was available by then.

And hadn’t burned his own brand to the ground by then.

I wonder if a state legislature can revoke a university's land grant.

Thought the exact same thing. As the ref analyst said, touching the ball isn't recovering it. He touched it at the 1-inch line and pushed it over the line to recover it. Should have been a touchdown. Then when I was where they marked it, a whole yard away, that was ridiculous. Pac-12 refs were everywhere yesterday.

Somebody upthread asked what happens to them next year, I read somewhere recently that a lot of them have left already.

Hopefully, no tempers got to a full Boil over the lightning delay.

It would be out of this world if the Washington band traveled to East Lansing next weekend and played "Beat It" as its opening number.

Stanford's band would already be rehearsing both.
