Meatball Ron has been tremendously organized and aggressive in the way that he has governed, with the help of a gerrymandered state legislature. He’s done some truly reprehensible things, but he isn’t bumbling all over the place like Trump.

Given my familial connections to Dallas politics, I can say with certainty Johnson is making that switch with an eye on a bigger office than mayor.

The irony being that by the time he runs for that office, if he loses it will be because he switched parties.

Imagine if you had an employee who couldn't do the basic function of their job, because they were too busy causing disruptions and distractions for other people trying to get their work done - that is the GOP House in a nutshell.

I think Mikie Sherrill or Teresa Ruiz should be the pick for Menendez's seat.

given how many black senators and governors there have been from Texas (0 combined), he might wanna contact Sammy Sosa’s dermatologist before advancing toward a higher office.

Anyone hear what he had to say this week about his proposed energy policy? My God, talk about being stuck in the 1930s; he might not get a single vote from anyone under 30.

CNN Put Together A Damning Supercut
Of The Most Insane Fox News Moments
To Honor The End Of The Rupert Murdoch Era

To honor Murdoch’s retirement, CNN played a montage of the wildest, weirdest, and most scandalous Fox News moments through the years. Highlights include Tucker Carlson on “woke M&Ms”; Megyn Kelly stating firmly that “Santa is white”; and so much Bill O’Reilly. The supercut was introduced by host Abby Phillip, who described Murdoch’s legacy as “outrage porn. Partisan red meat. Stoking relentless culture wars.” She added, “Fox became a mouthpiece for Republican administrations. A mouthpiece, really, for Donald Trump. And eventually, a vehicle for his baseless conspiracies.”
