Ok everyone, the pool is set!

If anyone wants a last-minute in before 7 pm, we have two remaining teams. As always, first eliminated SJer gets their pick of unclaimed teams.

    Pool:
    nietsroob17: Joe & Ian
    MTM: Greg & John
    Huggy: Robbin & Chelsea
    TigerVols: Rob & Corey
    Mrs. Vols: Malaina & Andrea
    WolvEagle: Steve & Anna Leigh
    UNC Grad: Alexandra & Sheridan
tea and ease: Liam & Yeremi
    bumpy mcgee: Jocelyn & Victor
    Write Thinking: Morgan & Lena

May the most lucky SJer win!

I have such poor flexibility but would love to take that massage just to see how far they really push it. Team Liam and Yeremi here, but think I'll secretly root for Rob and Corey, specifically because of Rob's answer to Phil's first question.

BWAHAHA Yes. I had myself on the list and forgot to put my team down! I drew Ashlie and Todd. (In case y'all are wondering how braindead the pool runner is....tonight was my third night this week of working at least a 12-hour work day.)

I want to go to Thailand. The wats are all so beautiful. But also I ain't eating no bugs for just an Express Pass. I'm shocked that the mom/daughter team somehow did not finish last. Also go nerdy Asian parents!!

    Pool:
    bumpy mcgee: Jocelyn & Victor | 23
    TigerVols: Rob & Corey | 12
    MTM: Greg & John | 11
    Write Thinking: Morgan & Lena | 10
    Wenders: Ashlie & Todd | 9
    WolvEagle: Steve & Anna Leigh | 8
    Joel & Garrett | 7
tea and ease: Liam & Yeremi | 6
    nietsroob17: Joe & Ian | 5
    Mrs. Vols: Malaina & Andrea | 4
    Huggy: Robbin & Chelsea | 3
    Elizabeth & Iliana | 2
    *UNC Grad: Alexandra & Sheridan | 1
    *team has been eliminated

UNC Grad, you want Joel & Garrett as a replacement team?

I was kind of proud of my team. It was a tough but inspiring and gutsy first leg. I don't think I could've or would've eaten that plate of "delicacies," not even for the Express pass!

It was kind of a funny shot, seeing all those competitors, looking up at that "City of Angels" sign and trying to solve it. But the high-up, tight-rope walk and the Thai boat ride were right on point for The Amazing Race. And I, too, like the team of Rob and Corey.

Todd being a 'guy who holds a basketball in his prom photo,' seems on brand.
