I love how people who had no problem getting the opportunity to go to college pooh pooh those who attend college but have to take out loans. What you fail to take account is how valuable higher education is to someone from a family that has never had a college graduate in their lineage and the opportunities that a college degree provide. This is personal for me but my grandfather worked 20 hrs/day 7 days/week in Cleveland running a one man laundromat by himself and that somehow gave me the opportunity to attend college and then law school (loans or not.)

So the pending charges against Hunter Biden are for weapons, wouldn't that be cause to champion his cause against violation of his 2nd Amendment rights GOP/NRA/right wingers?

It's more that people with a college degree in general make more money than people without one, which helps with nutrition, better shelter, etc. They are less likely to work jobs that break them down physically, or to put them in places where they breathe fumes or suffer chemical exposure or even repetitive motion damage. College educated people working office jobs are more likely to get corporate or work based health insurance, which goes to preventative medicine, cheaper access to prescription drugs, physical therapy, dental care, etc. Better health and quality of life accessed by the middle class and up, not just the rich.

Don’t you need to have gone to college to make sweeping generalizations about college?
