This is a perfect example of Fox Corp's playing both sides.

Who started the sneakers with suits trend in the eyes of the general public? The doofuses on NFL pregame shows. I'd wager none of the talking heads on Fox's pregame show wear dress shoes on camera and haven't for years. Thanks to those guys, it's become A Thing. That trend finally makes it to the POTUS and it's pearl clutching time on another Fox property. It's like 30 years ago when The Simpsons was Fox TV's highest-rated show and Fox News would devote segments to how horrible it was.

 

The other day I was discussing the evolution of the The Simpsons' perception with someone. When it first showed up on Fox, there was lots of clamoring from the Tipper Gore types about how horrible it was that Bart Simpson would say "who the puck are you?" on national TV. Never mind Al Bundy's crotch-grabbing and sleazy leering at any woman, including his daughter. Now we have a president who openly discusses his "fantasy" of having sex with his daughter.

The 1990s seem so quaint by comparison.

 

In her defense, she’s hotter than MTG or the handjob Queen and every bit as shameless, so Trump will like her more.
