Have you talked to many college/high school students who preferred the remote system of learning over the actual in-class experience?

My son had almost a full year of remote learning as a law student. He absolutely hated it and couldn't wait to get back in the classroom and back on campus.

 

Abe got elected without a Twitter account or any on-line social media presence. Makes you think.

 

I’ll agree with others who say that dorms are too nice and amenities at a lot of schools are way too lavish. I look at the parents’ Facebook group for my niece’s school and to me, it’s the parents (OK, the moms) driving a lot of that kind of shit. You want to call BS on that, be my guest. But to say that kids shouldn’t be afforded (ha!) a college education because they could find opportunities elsewhere without a degree, well, you’ve lost me.

 

Abe Lincoln was raised in a house without electricity or indoor plumbing. He still became POTUS. Obviously those aren’t necessary for success in the USA in the 2020s.

 

Being Wisconsin and all, I'm surprised if this isn't the tank he's bringing.

 

So how did he keep his Kindle charged?
