So far this postseason: 25 games, one game-tying or go-ahead plate appearance in the seventh inning or later.

There've been way more than that. There were at least nine such appearances in the first game of the Rangers-Orioles series.

Phillies led the Braves 4-3 after 7 in Game 3. Every plate appearance in the last three innings was a potential tying or go-ahead.

Or did you mean plate appearances that ACTUALLY DID plate a tying or go-ahead run? And not just could have.

I'd like to revise and extend my remarks.
Only one plate appearance that changed the game's leader and/or delivered the tying run.

Only one plate appearance that produced the tying run and/0r resulted in a change in the game's leader.
(I got into semantic trouble by broadening my description to refer to place appearances rather than game-tying or go-ahead hits."

Another good question. On that one, I got tripped up by the autocomplete monster.

I get a strange pleasure out of seeing Tommy Pham strike out. Still.

First Bohm makes a great stop and throw, and then the guy in his third month of playing first base lays out for one.

This team is truly on fire.
