He misunderstood the purpose of a burner account. You’re not supposed to use it to torch your career.

I’d settle for kneeling on the front of Tuckum’s neck.

Do we really need to accept Floyd did od? It’s been repeated a lot.

Why should Cason not be killed if Chauvin gets freed?

Why should Derek Chauvin be let out of prison? Explain it to me like I’m 5.

If the evidence and testimony that was used to convict someone was doctored, coerced, or outright fraudulent, that means they should not be in prison. Pretty important part of our legal system. Doesn't seem that hard to understand. Even if you don't like the defendant, the state still has to prove its allegations honestly.

That said, the thing about Floyd's OD and drug use has been circulating for a while. I don't know how much validity there is to it, if any, and how much it's just a conspiracy theory. I'd lean heavily toward the latter, until and unless there is rock solid evidence of evidence tampering.

The evidence was captured on video.

There’s zero evidence fentanyl had anything to do Floyd’s death.

Medical examiners don’t alter the results of autopsies to convict cops.

Juries don’t convict in spite of evidence to the contrary because they’re afraid for their lives.

Only a racist POS would think there’s any validity to anything Carlson says. God help him if Chauvin is freed.

Yeah, I said that I think it was a half-baked conspiracy theory I don't give much, if any, credence to. Even if Floyd was in distress, Chauvin almost certainly made it worse by his actions.
Maybe read past the first sentence next time.

But you asked why Chauvin should be let out of prison. If — and that's a big, big if — there is actual evidence of witness tampering or exculpatory evidence that was withheld, then that would be a reason. Same as it would be for any other defendant. Obviously, none of that has been presented yet in a forum that would actually make a difference.
