No. One of the few, though.

    Mario Soto?

No, not Soto. The most he won was 18, in 1984.

Is it Bucky Walters? Aka, the only pitcher who I can think of who won 20 back to back for the Reds.

I realize I forgot to give the answer to this 10 days ago.

The answer is the 1973 Bengals, which had Essex Johnson rush for 997 yards and Boobie Clark running for 988 yards.

I think I know this answer, only because I was just reading a Society of Baseball Research bio about a prominent Reds player, so I won’t guess.

It's Joey Jay, who won 21 games in 1961 and 1962. Jim Maloney won 23 in 1963 and 20 in 1965, he's the next closest. Maloney was 50 games over .500 (134-84) with a decent 3.14 ERA and a 34 WAR but he was done at 29.

Lots of great Reds pitchers burned out in the 1960s-70s, Wayne Simpson, Gary Nolan, Billy McCool, Don Gullett, Maloney, Sammy Ellis ...

My guess is as going to be Paul Derringer, because I just read the SABR bio of Ernie Lombardi.

Who are the only two pitchers to appear in all seven games of a single World Series?

Brendan Morrow did it just a few years ago for the Dodgers. No idea on the other one.

Darold Knowles, with the A's in 1972 or 1973.

Yup, it was Morrow in 2017 and Knowles in 1973.
