Is this a joke? It sounds like one. It certainly isn’t a realistic option.

Fail. Telling us what should have been done 30 years ago is a worthless answer. Also, it’s an answer that probably wouldn’t have worked.

Would likely never happen … but spend however much money and resources it takes to move every Gazan to a new homeland just as Israel was born in ‘48, and empty Gaza becomes part of Israel.

Short of that this goes on for another 1,000 years.

Great. Tell it to Hamas, which claims to be speaking on behalf of the people of Palestine but is really using children like her as human shields.

Israel money. World money. Whatever money and resources it takes.

If you can't come up with an alternative more in line with your own moral compass to what they're doing, maybe you should cool it a bit on the apartheid / ethnic cleansing nonsense.

Short term: Israel surrounds Gaza. Ceasefire - conditional to hostage exchange /negotiation as brokered by UN / disinterested third party countries. Sweden. Finland. Norway. Paraguay. New Zealand. Etc. Peace talks begin in Geneva. Multinational peacekeeping force on the ground in Israel / Gaza / West Bank and along the borders.

Medium / Long term: Saudi Arabia donates territory to create a new state along the border of Jordan, the boundaries of which run from roughly Duba to Tabuk to Sakaka to Tubajal. Most of this land is currently Saudi Royal Nature Preserve. Its establishment, administration and infrastructure to be funded by a consortium of wealthy regional nations - including Israel. Safe transit and seed money granted to every Palestinian. Truth and reconciliation commission established to adjudicate historic wrongs and pay reparations to injured parties. ICC undertakes criminal prosecutions.

Hamas largely gets away with a brutal attack on Israel and gets prisoners and the promise of reparations in the process. Being who they are, they see this as encouragement to attack again and hope the world is stupid enough to keep rewarding them for terrorist actions. This time, it is international peacekeepers who get killed in the process, thus drawing other nations into the conflict.

    All understood.

But peace has to start somewhere.

The death spiral of attack and counterattack has to be interrupted somehow by someone. Otherwise it just goes on and on and on, as is the case here.

You, of course, already realize that the Palestinians will not accept this — and the reason why they will not accept this.

Seems like I just read that if you don't have a solution for this problem, you can't criticize the actions taken.

I'd expect nothing less from that particular poster.
