The whackjobs have already determined he died from a vaccine-induced heart attack.

See, I would have guess a prescription drug related drowing in a hot tub. Much more believeable. Which would preclude doing a mess of drugs on the side of a hot tub. Mix in a little alcohol. Easy.

My wife just told me about this a little while ago. He was also my favorite of the Friends. Also enjoyed his recurring role on The West Wing.

Show started when I was in college. Was pretty standard to watch Friends and Seinfeld on Thursdays before heading out the bars or playing cards afterward.

Leaving to go out after 10 p.m. certainly seems crazy to me now.

Friends certainly had it's haters, but I enjoyed it. And Perry was excellent in his role. Became part of the fabric of pop culture.

I do hope he found peace in the last few years.

Yeah @outofplace, good call. His stint on the West Wing was great.

Jim Morrison’s demise but with a Hollywood flair with the hot tub.

So we’ve lost most of Night Court, Matthew Perry… but Bill Cosby is still with us from NBC Thursday nights.

While the rest of Tuscaloosa was down on the Strip every Thursday night, our group was in the TV room for NBC prime time, from Friends all the way through ER. I can’t imagine college in the mid 90s without the first two seasons especially.

I can't remember if we recorded ER or went out even later when it was over ... but yeah that was on the list too.
