I want the hostages released, too, but there is so much humanitarian suffering in Gaza. Ninety-eight percent of Gazans aren’t involved with Hamas, and I bet fully half of them would prefer this nonsense ended yesterday — and never started at all. I feel like there has to be a better way to help those people than to say “no aid until our folks are released.”
