It is crazy that a state like WV that has been that horrible in the basics of public welfare - health, education, environment - has had such stable political leadership. You would have thought they could have accomplished SOMETHING over the years. My goodness.

the same attorney general since 2015
the same senators since 2013 and 2023

and yet somehow every problem -- faulty power grid, border issues, gun violence, corruption involving some of those people listed above, pick whatever you want -- is somehow not their fault

Trump says the quiet part out loud. Sure, it is his primary defense, but this is the other reason he and his minions keep lying about Biden weaponizing the Justice Department. He wants the excuse to do it if he wins in 2024.
