As someone in the comments said, ideology aside, how exhausting must it be to have to keep finding outlets where you can hear yourself blather?

At least in the last Congress, she had no committees and was basically castrated by her own party because they know she's certifiably nuts. Unfortunately with a tiny majority, the GOP leadership had to give her something to do this session, and she's proven to be just as useless as predicted. At least my elected conspiracy theorist, Andrew Clyde, is too cowardly to make any waves in Washington.

If we're going to assess religion's influence on morals or ethics or political opinion, we have to consider the whole range of possibility. Religious conviction is more than just adhering to a set of common sense behavioral guidelines.
