Just read that Emma Stone will become a five-timer this weekend. At least we can hopefully look forward to some fun with the Five Timers Club.

 

Watched "Good Burger 2" with my 11-year-old. They should've left it with the first one, but I'm glad it seemed like Kenan and Kel had fun.

Why I post it here, in a clear link to Kenan, I counted nine of his current or past SNL castmates (and a former writer) who either make cameos or have credited roles.

 

Two promising hosts to end 2023.

 

Actually, given some of their musical direction lately, a pretty solid pair of musical guests, too.

 

Kate as host has instant classic potential.

 

Adam Driver is always good.

 

Maybe some cameos from Aidy and Cicely to reunite the classic trio?

 

Kate and Billie's hotel sketch is one of my favorite from the past couple of seasons.

 

Glad to see George Santos booted from the House.

Not as much that it guarantees Bowen Yang gets a healthy amount of screen time Saturday night.

 

Bowen isn't doing it badly, though. But is the sound cutting out every few seconds for anyone else?

 

Not here. And it took until the Candle in the Wind parody but Bowen finally made me laugh.
