People who care about Palestinians voting for Trump or just not showing up for Biden would be idiots. As you wrote, they would be giving the presidency to someone who couldn't care less if Israel turned Gaza into a parking lot.

Except for the longest time the court established cases can only be brought where actual injury occurs and the people involved have actual standing. A case involving a hypothetical shouldn't reach the highest court.
