Uh-oh, I'm seeing a lot of 27.5 out there. Number must have dipped late.

By the way, not too convincing on running the clock out on the safety.

I got in at U28.5 before kickoff (and was happy to do so). However, I nearly took the 27.5 at +120 as I consider 28 a “dead number” in this game, unless it lands 21-7. 14-14 is OT and that means at least 30.

Why didn’t Navy just play like that the whole game?

Was lucky to be an under. They blew the call on the fair catch when it hit his foot. Army would've had it at the 3 or 2.

Both sides were lucky in that one. Considering the total varied between 28.5 and 26.5, everyone should have won if they insisted on getting the best number.

Nebraska spent $65 million in 2013 on an expansion/renovation of Memorial Stadium which left capacity at the current 86-87,000.

This year as UNL continued to be disappointing , all home games were essentially sold out. Therefore it is safe to conclude Nebraska has basically a sellout fan base with a large large number of longtime ticket holders.

The proposed stadium modifications will result in capacity lowered by about 15,000. Essentially this will come out of longtime ticket holders.

Undoubtedly UNL does not envision a reduction in revenues from ticket sales. Since capacity (potential ticket sales) is being cut roughly 15 percent, ticket prices will now have to be raised that same 15 percent for gate revenues to even keep pace with current levels.

So to boil it down: 15 percent of the current ticket holders will be told to fuck off and stay home. Of the remaining ticket holders, they will be told their ticket prices will go up by 15 percent.

At least the dazzling on-field performance of the football team should keep enthusiasm high.

Not hardly. Stacking up stats against crappy Pac-12 defenses? Sorry.

Crappy Pac-12 defenses? It was arguably the best league this year.
