Colorado doesn't matter. Georgia is the key. If Georgia keeps him off the ballot on state charges, that's a game changer.
SCOTUS can rule until the cows come home that someone can run for president, but it has no power to force states to put a particular name on a ballot.
You can be a candidate for anything you like. We don't have to list you. Your supporters are free to write you in.

"Disqualified from holding office". You can write in a stack a mile high and it won't matter.

 

My first reaction is “of course it will.”
But maybe the old school powers that be in the party see this as their last best chance to get rid of Cheeto Jesus once and for all.
