UNLV has 151 yards of total offense in the first half. Kansas has 140 penalty yards. Not that you'd know how many penalty yards Kansas has, since the referee's mic isn't working.

Calling UNLV's quarterback a deer in the headlights is an insult to roadkilled deer. As soon as he drops back and sets his feet he starts to panic, and Kansas' defenders are feeding off it. That's probably part of what's leading to some of the personal foul calls. Kansas' defense smells blood in the water, and they're getting a little over-aggressive and cocky.

14 for 176 for Kansas now, and UNLV scores twice coming out of halftime to cut it to 28-24. It was 28-7 with 15 seconds left in the first half.

Beth Mowins doing her Brad Nessler imitation is impossible to listen to.

There’s a reason True Son Barry Odom got fired at Missouri.

I am glad Leipold seems to be interested in hanging out in Kansas for a while longer. I think they could be a real interesting program in the realigned Big XII. And I like the idea of him and Klieman building up a good rivalry.

Kansas at 210 penalty yards. NCAA FBS record of 238 has been on the books since 1961.

How many did Da U have in their 1990 Cotton Bowl demolition of Texas? It was definitely over 200 yards.

Wound up at 216. So close. UNLV even tried to bait them into one more at the end, to no avail.

Support your local police officer and then do a meet and greet alongside the interstate on the way home!
