Or so it has been said for 20 years now.

Schiano has done a nice job at Rutgers. Never going to contend for a Big Ten title, but he has made it a competitive program that probably no longer merits the many jokes made about Rutgers football. Good on him, it seems to be the perfect place for whatever it is he does.

Yeah, probably, along with Pitt, BC and Syracuse. Rutgers, Syracuse, Pitt, BC, Temple, UMass, UConn, Buffalo, Delaware and Maryland would make a very decent, regional P5 football conference.

My 11-year-daughter is sitting here watching and asked what bowl games are and why there's a giant Pop-Tart ... and I'm just all out of answers.

Given a choice between Pop Tarts and watching the Jets-Browns in purpose though ... warm up the toaster!

I’ll watch the national semfinals, the championship, and the one game I have a rooting interest in.

The rest of the bowls might as well be woodwork.

    Good Gracious.
When Jedd Fisch first started talking, I thought it was Harvey Fierstein.
