Well, there is no crisis at the border and there nothing in the Constitution that says the president is responsible for securing the border so these things really aren’t the same.

The Texas Supreme Court has so far shown no reliance on precedent, the rule of law or simply "what's right." So they will issue a 9-0 ruling on the basis of literally "just becuz."

Even a conservative SCOTUS won't let that stand. It'll be 8-1 with Walmart Clarence in dissent.
