Something, some way, is going to have to give on partisan gerrymandering. How many states - both red and blue - have had their latest maps challenged in court, changed, challenged again, told to change, ignore the courts, rinse and repeat?
Gerrymandering has been a problem since the days of Elbridge Gerry, but the issues we are facing is squarely on the Roberts court.

I don't know what the victory lap is about if you are scoring immigration policy on number of people apprehended. It's a drop from December's all-time highs, per the story. A decline from these highs isn't really proof of any material change, in the terms by which this issue is being discussed.

If only Trump had been president of an Ivy League college instead of the United States of America, then maybe he'd have accountability.

I disremember, what part of the DC area did you finally settle on? Hope the transition and new job are going well for you.
