    Always wondered why he turfed his longtime producer who ran the entire show. It seemed like the callers and the Smackoff carried the show.

    I used to listen to Rome all the time and enjoyed the show, but I haven't for years. Heard his daily wrap podcast the other day and it sounded like he hasn't changed in a decade.

    Is Rome's deal with CBS up? Was he on the NFL Today at all this season? He used to get decent guests, and now one of his weel;u "guests" is one of his producers making picks. WTH?
