Seriously, - I wish SAS saved this rant for a slow sports news day - perhaps after the Super Bowl, before March Madness.

Sage can't approve someone trashing her future colleague.

What she didn't say is that while she thinks SAS is better than this - she KNOWS Whitlock isn't.

And what the hell, Tafoya is really leaning in to be the alt-right sports queen - sharing the kingdom with Travis - defending Rodgers? Why?

For however clownish his tv persona is, SAS seems pretty bright. He has to be create the bit.

Tafoya quit a well paying and high profile job to become a culture warrior railing against perceived slights. Whenever they show pictures or video of her now, she looks so hateful and angry.

Tafoya promised to be one of those nice conservatives when she quit NBC, but I suspect the MAGA machine has gotten hold of her.

There is no market for "nice conservatives" in media. Zero. It's "us v. them." Any detected softness or conciliatory language is a deal breaker.

I tried to listen to the Stephen A thing, but the man is 90% windup, 10% pitch.
