Damn, Theory and Melo just took a horrible bump together trying to do some sort of Spanish Fly thing off the top rope. Theory landed on his head and Melo didn’t look much better. Ref did the right thing and called it off.

 

Holy shit. I think both Theory and Carmelo got knocked silly right there, and it could've gone REALLY bad.

 

This is why I HATE the clumsiness storyline they're trying with Ridge Holland in NXT.

 

Indeed. It’s kinda Russo-like where they’re trying too hard to make a work seem like a shoot.

 

Wow. Brodie Jr. is almost as tall as John Silver now. Kids grow up so fast.

 

Going to next week's SmackDown in Atlanta with my brother-in-law, as a Christmas gift from my wife (who wouldn't be caught dead).

Will be my second live wrestling show after a Nitro at the Dome in summer 1999 (I think). Bret Hart returned to speak for the first time after Owen, "Rap is Crap," Macho Man threatening to smack around his ladies and Megadeth (with Goldberg's return from a movie absence I believe).

 

One time about 13 or so years ago, we had a feature on a pair of brothers who were both starring for their high school wrestling team, emulating their father and uncle.

Tagging along for the feature photo was their 12-year-old baby brother.

That baby brother is now Bron Breakker.

I wish our archives didn't suck so much or I'd love to dig up that picture and compare it to the jacked freak he is now.

 

So Dana Brooke is basically now the Wish.com Toni Storm.

And this was a great video spoofing AJ/Top Dolla. Speaking of TNA, of the ex-WWEs who debuted last night, I think Dolph/Nic could run that place. That's a great get for TNA -- a future WWE HOF'er.
