This somewhat tracks with my anecdotal observation that the people I know who identify as conservative or lean conservative are no longer openly supporting Trump. A percentage of those have actively renounced him and others just don’t talk about it anymore. I think he’s going to be down to the batshit crazy contingent of his voters, and I think that number is smaller than the media narrative suggests.

 

What do the polls say?

 

I think what’s scary is will enough conservatives who voted for Trump in 16 or 20 stay home, vote Biden or a third party? I worry they will be convinced by Fox that Biden is some how worse.
