Answered already. It was Frank Robinson, with a .316 average. Yaz had the second lowest with .326.

Yaz batted .326 when he won the Triple Crown in 1967. He won the AL batting title in 1968, even with a .301 average.

My Aunt Mickie, a Houston native, was an alum of this university which once owned Yankee Stadium. Name that school.

P.S. Extra credit if you know that Mickie's former home is designated historic, or so I've heard.

I was thinking Columbia, because they owned so much NYC real estate at one point. However, I assume that the Houston part of the clue means something, so I’ll say Rice.

Winner! Rice was deeded the Stadium by an alum and owned it 1962-72 (but not the land) and sold it to NYC which paid for renovations.

At what venue were the Fairfield Stadium scenes in the movie "We are Marshall" actually filmed?

At Alonzo Herndon Stadium at Morris Brown College in Atlanta. Stadium is now abandoned and deteriorating.

I've got one -- Devin Booker. Remember he did it in Brooklyn a year before the Suns started their turnaround.

    Booker is correct!

One more. Hint: He ended up scoring 71 but had only 16 at halftime.
