"91 indictments!!!!" simply means they believe they have sufficient evidence. If the evidence overwhelmingly proves the case, you must convict.

This country has been kicking the can down the road for so damn long to avoid "Pain!" (usually economic) that we've lost all purpose of doing what's right.

Pain goes away. Effects of indecision or bad decisions can last generations.
