Sad fact of the matter is that if either Biden is re-elected or Trump is re-elected, the country will be further apart and probably more divided than in many years.

 

So just like Nixon not wanting Vietnam resolved before the election, Fat Nixon doesn't want to resolve immigration.

 

They already repealed Roe. This is the other big issue they've flogged for decades. If they lose that, what do they have to run on, the Republican party's recent accomplishments?

 

Republicans will always have culture war bullshit about which to fling their poop.

Right now, it's trans kids. Up next will be the gays. Then interracial marriage.

 

Don't forget Taylor Swift and the USWNT.

 

The easy fix for that is to uncouple immigration and foreign aid. Let them keep flogging immigration as an issue.
