    He won't say anything specifically about her because if he demeans her, that's more millions he's on the hook for. He's already whined on social media, but not one word about EJC.

    It was horrendous lawyering. I rarely tune in to other legal proceedings, but I could not stop following the Twitter feeds from the courtroom because the ineptitude was down right hilarious.

    Trump could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot himself in the foot, and it wouldn't be a bigger self-inflicted wound than his handling of this whole thing.

    He arguably might not have even lost the sexual assault case if he hadn't attacked her rather than just defending himself and trying to create ambiguity around her story based on the time that has passed. She couldn't even say for sure what year the assault happened when she testified.

    Then, he wouldn't shut the hell up and turned it into another $83 million award.

    He learned that "go on the offensive" technique from Roy Cohen, but right about this point, anyone more self aware than him would ask themselves, "How is that working out for you"?

    Going on and on about how the system is rigged against him makes him (and his supporters) feel better about themselves. But it is also a self-justification to be as big of an asshole as possible.

    It's not. Punitive damages were less than ten times the base. That's not a runaway jury with an inappropriate judgement

    A couple of weeks ago Nikki Haley said she hadn’t followed this case of sexual assault and defamation. Wonder if she might comment now as she locates the spine she’s lacked until the last few days.
