I have malignant salivary gland cancer

Health update: clinical trial failed and cancer has progressed markedly in liver and stomach. Had gall bladder surgery for infection that got into blood stream and almost took me out for good.

Moving immediately to chemo infusion to stem tide, will get that once a month and get scans every 6-8 weeks in hopes the chemo will stabilize disease and allow me to join a different clinical trial. Not great news but indeed it wasn’t working and I was spiraling. So new goals…

Not gonna lie, a lot of mixed emotions. Just overwhelming.
