Ring that Bell, he’ll be ready to go!

Wait, I’m thinking of his boxing career.

I agree that Warner is HOF-worthy, though comparisons of quarterbacks have become more difficult as the passing game keeps changing. Warner's career started two years after Kelly's ended. Kelly also spent a couple of years in the USFL. Warner played in other leagues, too, but nothing nearly as competitive.

Warner is a rock-solid HOFer b/c of the fame part. Dude went from stocking groceries to winning a Super Bowl. They made a movie about his life. In w/o a second thought.

I'll second this. You cannot use rate stats to compare QBs without adjusting for league average. League completion %, Int %, and others have changed over the last 30 years. I remember looking at Peyton's stats versus Brady's. In their early careers, Peyton had a high INT% percentage compared to Brady, but adjusting for league average, the difference was much smaller. And they were only a few years apart.

Well, at least he's well versed in biding his time waiting for an opening to develop.

The home teams for next season's international games.
Schefter also reporting that the Eagles' game will be on Friday night in Week 1. They're non-division home opponents are the Browns, Jags, Steelers, Falcons, Packers and Panthers. Figure the Jags won't (or maybe can't under the CBA) play two non-consecutive international games; and there's no way the Eagles would give up home games against the Packers or Steelers; and you're down to the Browns, Falcons or Panthers. The NFL will want a better match-up than the Panthers if possible, so it's either Browns or Falcons.
Of it's the Falcons, it'll continue a weird schedule quirk of Eagles vs. Falcons in Week 1 every three years for a full decade. They also opened against each other in 2015, 2018 and 2021.

There better be an AI generated voiceover of Ricardo Montalban saying, "Welcome to Corinthians Arena . . ."

Or the announcer from Street Fighter II reminding us that this game is being playing in "Bra-zil!"

It won't be the Panthers since they're going to Germany. If Jaguars play two games in London like last year, it will be against the Bears since that's a road opponent for them in 2024.
