If it was "oh, he has stage 1 melanoma," it would've been in the lede graf and everyone would be talking about how curable it is.

 

If the cancer was detected because of diagnosis/treatment of a prostate issue, then the chances are good it has something to do with the Royal Junk, which Buckingham Palace would never ever discuss.

 

Bladder cancer has been suggested by one speculating doctor. That is just one outside guess, though.

 

I didn't realize he had already had the formal coronation. Didn't seem like that big of a whoop.
